There are a lot of amazing Groupon stories. What’s your biggest accomplishment?
In July 2017, just two months after joining Groupon, my manager tasked me with analyzing and streamlining the employee queries. I had to work with my entire team and the internal tools or mechanisms used to reach-out to employees for explaining/expediting their questions, then come up with the strategy of having a simple FAQ template/PPT. In the end, this drastically reduced employee questions and increased our productive hours, which I am very proud of.
